Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses ARound, including businesses using Genesis and Specialists. It works alongside the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Don't use ARound to: break the law; harass, threaten, dox, or stalk anyone; impersonate a person or business; post hateful, violent, or sexual content involving minors; run spam, scams, phishing, or malware; or infringe others' intellectual property. Don't abuse the platform: no scraping or bulk extraction of other people's data, no attempts to bypass privacy or safety controls, no probing or overloading our systems, and no reverse-engineering except where the law expressly allows it. Don't misuse AI features: don't try to make Genesis or a Specialist send, post, transact, or act externally without the required owner approval; don't use AI output to deceive, defame, or generate prohibited content; and don't present AI drafts as professional legal, medical, or financial advice. Businesses: only upload content you have the right to use, keep customer data lawful and consented, and follow applicable marketing and anti-spam laws for any messages you choose to send. Enforcement: we may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate this policy, and we may report unlawful activity to authorities.
