Business & Operator Terms

These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service when you use ARound Business (the operator dashboard, Genesis, Specialists, Company Brain, connectors, and related features). Your account & data: you are responsible for your business account, the accuracy of what you upload, and the lawful, consented use of any customer data you bring. Your business content is private to your business and isolated from other businesses; we do not use it to train shared or global models. AI Specialists: Specialists prepare drafts and recommendations for your review. They do not chat externally, send, post, publish, move money, or run automatically. Turning on any external channel (such as email) requires your configuration and your per-action approval, and you remain responsible for compliance (including anti-spam and marketing laws) for messages you choose to send. Connectors: you control which integrations you connect and can revoke them at any time. We request the minimum access needed and never hold a provider's master credentials where a revocable, delegated grant is available. Availability & changes: features may change, and some are offered as previews. We provide the service "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Billing: paid plans and billing terms apply only when billing is enabled for your account; during private beta, paid features may be disabled or provided at no charge. Specific fees, taxes, and refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Termination: you may stop using ARound Business at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination you can request export or deletion of your business data, subject to limited retention required by law.
