Welcome to ARound. By using the app you agree to these terms. 1. What ARound is. ARound helps you discover places, events, and people around you, coordinate hangouts, and share Moments. ARound surfaces information from public sources and your own activity; it never sends, posts, or pays on your behalf without your explicit action. 2. Your account. You must provide accurate info and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. 3. Acceptable use. Don't harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or post illegal content. Don't attempt to locate or track people without consent. See the Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. 4. Content you post. You keep ownership of your Moments and posts; you grant ARound a license to display them in the app per your chosen visibility. You're responsible for what you share. 5. Safety. ARound is not an emergency service. In danger, contact local authorities. Meet new people in public places. 6. No guarantees. Discovery info (hours, availability, events) comes from third parties and may be wrong; verify before relying on it. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. 7. Changes & termination. We may update the app and these terms; continued use means acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. 8. Contact. Reach us through Profile → Settings → Help. 9. ARound Business SMS messaging. ARound Business Corporation may send recurring operational account text messages to business owners or authorized users who expressly opt in, including approval requests and account notifications. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
